Spaghetti alla carbonara - carbonara spaghetti

Ingredients (4 servings)

Spaghetti 400g
Butter 40g
Olive oil 1 table spoon
Diced bacon 120g
Eggs 4
Parmesan cheese 40g
Salt Pepper

Directions

  1. Shallow fry the diced bacon in hot oil. Boil the spaghetti.
  2. Meantime, in a bowl, beat the eggs, add grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. In a large fry pan, heat and melt the Butter, then add the all ingredients and mix them well. Serve immediately.
